Headcanon: Perse.phone.
When Perse.phone is home in the Under.world, Ha.des is usually a sound sleeper, except when he has nightmares, because she is home and relieves his worries about her because she’s physically beside him. Her nightmares, usually reliving the trauma she experience above during the six months she was forced apart from him, have never woken him up and she’s calmed herself quietly in the bathroom. She almost hopes one will be bad enough to wake him up but she just hopes they’ll go away, which is why she’s considering having her memory wiped but she is still weighing the pros and cons.

Headcanon: Anna (Amph.itrite).
Anna is still discovering things about her more human form because she wasn’t allowed to do much as Pos.eidon’s wife. She even had a hard time learning to walk, getting her land legs as the mermaids would say, and that frustrated Pos.eidon so much he may or may not have hit and beat her many times. One would have to really be trusted by her to get the truth of that matter out of her.

Anna had been fated for love and happiness and Pos.eidon took that all away from her when he decided she was hot and would be his bride. Neither ever felt feelings for each other.

Anna never wanted to marry Pos.eidon. She was chosen by him and told she must marry him because he was king of the seas. She had no choice in the matter and never loved him.

When Anna first transformed into a human appearing form from her mermaid form, Pos.eidon controlled when and if she could transform for the longest time, since she used to run off and explore where he couldn’t find her.

Headcanon: Perse.phone.
Perse.phone has been considering letting He.cate wipe her memories and scars, both physical and emotional, of the trauma she’s endured. However, there are a few things that give her pause and actually stop her from both telling Had.es about the idea and actually going through with it along with things she would consider benefits:
- Perse.phone is uncomfortable around He.cate anymore after learning about her and Ha.des’s relationship so Mnem.osyne would have to do it. Mnem.osyne would have to assured that Ha.des, Ze.us, and He.ra would not be angry and punish her for doing it.
- In wiping the memories of the trauma, it would actually wipe the memories of her relationship with Ha.des and their children because they are all entwined together.
- Ha.des would have to get her to fall in love with him again. It would be a rather easy task but she isn’t sure if he would be up to it.
- Perse.phone would have to be reintroduced to her children. However, this may be the chance she has to actually bond with them.
- There may be some lingering PT.SD symptoms like more intense nightmares that she wouldn’t understand why she has them.
- Perse.phone would stay on Olympus with her father and step mother, Ze.us and He.ra, as the Princess of Olympus that she’d always been by birthright and be told her mother Dem.eter is simply wandering the earth, not being punished somewhere for causing all that happened to her.
- Perse.phone would be the same goddess Ha.des fell in love with again, the sweet young woman who would talk to flowers to make them grow prettier and would smile brightly, giggle, and blush at his love notes. She misses who she was then, when all that matter to her was them and their love, so this is seen by her as a positive.
- One thing that would not change but rather grow stronger would be Perse.phone’s love for Ha.des. After returning, Dem.eter had said and done so many things that effected her sheer ability to love. She made sure to stop her passion and make her insecure about herself and her relationship. If she went through with it, those insecurities would be gone.
- Her form Lily would become a little bit of a form of rebellion, allowing her to walk freely among unsuspecting parties and giving her some freedom from her royal life.
Surprisingly, Ze.us and He.ra are for her going through with it, with even He.ra offering to talk to Ha.des if needed.
Perse.phone had yet to decide what she’s going to do but she isn’t sure how much longer she can live as she is now, feeling like a complete shell of her former self after enduring all she has.

“You’d have to discuss it with her. I don’t know her well but I do know women in our pantheon don’t like to have decisions made for them.”

“As long as you discuss things with the women involved and actually listen to them, I think you’re not going to have any problems.”
